DARIA VAREN offers insured international delivery for confirmed orders. Dispatch timing depends on whether an item is ready to ship or produced through the atelier.
Order Review
Every order is reviewed before dispatch or production. We may contact you to confirm sizing, address details, availability or made-to-measure information. An order is considered confirmed after payment or explicit confirmation from DARIA VAREN.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Items held in stock are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days after order verification. During launches, holidays or unusually high demand, preparation may take longer. If a material delay occurs, Client Services will contact you.
Made to Measure
Made-to-measure pieces are not placed into production automatically. The atelier first reviews the submitted measurements and confirms the production brief. The estimated completion and dispatch window is communicated before production is finalised.
Tracking & Insurance
Where available, shipments are sent with tracking and insurance appropriate to the destination and order value. Tracking details are provided after the parcel has been accepted by the carrier.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
Import duties, local taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges may be collected by the destination country or carrier and are normally the responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can also affect delivery times.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please contact info@dariavaren.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, rerouting may not be possible. If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, Client Services will assist with the carrier investigation.
