These terms govern use of dariavaren.com and orders or service requests placed through DARIA VAREN. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
Products & Availability
Product descriptions, images, measurements and colours are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, materials and hand-finishing can create minor variations. Availability may change before an order is confirmed.
Prices & Currency
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in USD. Taxes, duties, delivery charges or payment-provider fees may be added depending on destination and checkout method. Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order request does not by itself guarantee acceptance. DARIA VAREN may verify availability, payment, address information, measurements or suspected fraud before confirmation. A binding order is formed after payment or explicit written confirmation from DARIA VAREN.
Made-to-Measure Orders
The client is responsible for submitting measurements as accurately as possible and for responding to atelier questions. Production begins only after the fit information and production brief are accepted. Made-to-measure pieces are subject to the return limitations described in the Returns & Alterations policy.
Intellectual Property
DARIA VAREN names, logos, product names, site design, photography, copy, graphics and original creative materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without permission, except where law expressly allows it.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorised access or use automated systems in a way that damages availability for other users. We may restrict access where abuse or security risk is detected.
Liability & Applicable Law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, DARIA VAREN is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside reasonable control. These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to the seller and the transaction, subject to mandatory protections in the customer’s country.
